Make a link and put it in a feed reader (an app that collects updates from websites). The reader
tells you once, when the plan is back. We do it this way because we have no email address or phone number for
you, and we do not want one. Nobody can see who is waiting, not even us.
The link stops 30 days after it said "back". If the plan never comes back, the link stops after
180 days. Tip: use a feed reader app on your own phone or computer, so the link stays with you. An online feed
reader fetches the link on its own servers.
